The house is a 3 bed end of terrace cottage with it’s bungalow style means everything is on one floor with no stairs in sight. There are a couple of steps into and out of the property so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
The bedrooms are laid out as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Double Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Double Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Single Beds (Sleeps 2)

Galley style kitchen for when you want to prepare your meals with the bathroom leading beyond this point. With access to the rear yard which is suitable for parking small vehicles and would be the designated smoking area as no smoking is permitted inside the property.
The living room area has a smart TV and dining table with full wifi throughout the house.

Transit

You can walk to a number of places inc Sunderland City Centre and Royal Hospital.
Public transport and buses are recommended to Stadium of Light or the Seafront and beyond.
Car is a nice to have for those that want to do more exploring.

There are an abundance of take away shops serving a variety of foods on Chester Road which is at the end of High Barnes Terrace inc Fish & Chips, Kebabs, Shwarmas, Pizzas and more.
There is also Borneo Bistro within 5 mins drive that is a local favourite that also delivers too.
Sunderland City Centre and Bridges Shopping Centre offers a variety of stores, as well as Empire Theatre and Stadium of Light being in close proximity also, all within 10 mins drive of the house.
A19 is an 8 minute drive with easy access to North and South as well as the A1
