With everything that you need with the a full size bath with over shower, a full equipped kitchen and open plan lounge dining area.

The ground floor apartment is easily accessible with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
The lounge is equipped with a corner sofa which converts to a sofa bed and a dining table that fits 4 in the lounge bay area.
Fully equipped kitchen is available with microwave, kettle, oven, hob and washing machine (there is no dishwasher or tumble dryer at this property unfortunately due to lack of space) but airers have been provided for your convenience.

Guest access is self checkin and keys are located in a lock box.

Once you have keys you will enter the building via a communal entrance and private access to the apartment thereafter.

Unfortunately due to the type of keys available at this property, only one key can be issued. We suggest utilising the lock box if you are with friends/family and require access at different times.

Durham City is known mainly for it’s Cathedral and Universities. Even with the mix of old and new Durham City is picturesque with plenty to see and do.
Durham train station is approximately 15 mins walk away if you are travelling by foot with a short walk and even shorter taxi ride to the City Centre.
The apartment is located about 10 mins drive from the Arnison Centre which is home to Sainsburys, M&S and Lidl to name a few stores.

Depending on the purpose of your visit is it easy to get around Durham from the apartment.
The A1(M) is a short drive which is easy access to the North (Newcastle and Scotland) or the South towards Yorkshire and London.
